Financial Ombudsman Service

If your insurance company cannot sort out your complaint, Financial Ombudsman Service will tell you how to go about taking the matter further (your insurance company's literature will tell you which one to contact). Their decisions are binding on the insurance company, but do not affect your right to take legal action if you want to do so.
